The report claims that Khamenei is unconscious in the holy Shiite city of Qom and is not making decisions regarding the country's leadership. This document is purportedly the first indication of his whereabouts since his election, although Iranian authorities continue to insist that he has been in power since his appointment day.

Previously, Western media spread information about Khamenei's death, but Iran's Ambassador to Uzbekistan Mohammad Ali Eskandari denied these reports. He stated that such rumors are part of a campaign to destabilize the situation in the republic.
