On April 8, around 6:00 PM, emergency services in Samarkand region received a report that a worker had been buried under soil at a construction site in the "Oltin asr" neighborhood. Rescue teams from the regional emergency management department promptly arrived at the scene.
Using specialized equipment, rescuers quickly extracted the victim from under the ground and provided first aid. Photos released by the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MChS) depict the rescue operation at the site.
The injured individual was transported to a hospital. According to medical officials, there is no threat to his life or health, and he is expected to be discharged in the coming days. This incident highlights ongoing safety concerns at construction sites in the region.
