️ Iran's Ambassador to Uzbekistan, Mohammad Ali Eskandari, stated during a press conference in Tashkent that Iran's strikes on targets in neighboring states are purely defensive in nature and constitute a response to the use of their territories against the Islamic Republic. He recalled that Tehran had previously warned that if military bases in adjacent countries were used for attacks, they would become legitimate targets.

️ The ambassador explained: "Even before the start of this conflict, we made it clear and explicit that if military bases in our neighboring countries are used to attack Iran, they will become our legitimate target. We openly stated that since we cannot reach America, if we are attacked, we will strike all U.S. military facilities, structures, and forces within our reach".

️ The diplomat noted that Iran maintains the best relations with its neighbors, and the United Arab Emirates is the republic's largest trading partner. According to him, the strikes were directed solely at American military objects and investments, and all other incidents in the region are carried out under a false flag.

️ Eskandari emphasized that Iran is not a proponent of war and is prepared to cease defensive strikes if aggression stops. He also clarified that, despite the complex regional situation, trade and economic cooperation between Iran and Uzbekistan remains stable and shows growth.
