️ In Tashkent on September 16, 2025, a 55-year-old man B.U. and his 24-year-old son I.Yu., driving a BYD car, engaged in hooliganism on the road in the Yakkasaray district. ️ They blocked the path of a Gentra car, confronted its driver D.S., smashed the vehicle's window, and assaulted the driver.... ️ During the incident, the driver's wife was in the Gentra and later claimed to have suffered a miscarriage. ️ In court, the defendants partially admitted guilt, alleging that the conflict arose because the Gentra driver supposedly created a dangerous situation by braking repeatedly. ️ The victim D.S. demanded severe punishment, citing his wife's loss of a child. ️ However, the court found no evidence to confirm the wife's pregnancy or that the miscarriage was linked to the incident. ️ Consequently, the father and son were acquitted of charges of intentional infliction of serious bodily harm, and the criminal case on this count was terminated. ️ The Yakkasaray District Court convicted them of hooliganism and sentenced each to 2 years of restricted freedom. ️ With credit for time served in custody (5 months 6 days), they were released in the courtroom, with the remaining sentence being 1 year 6 months 24 days of restricted freedom.
