The annual Femina "From Idea to Success" forum took place in Tashkent, bringing together over 200 women interested in professional and personal development, as well as seeking new growth opportunities. Over several years, the forum has evolved into a stable platform for dialogue, experience exchange, and the development of a strong women's community. Participants included entrepreneurs, experts, opinion leaders, and women just starting their journeys, all united by the common goal of scaling projects and realizing their potential.
This year's program focused on practical development tools, with more than 10 international and local speakers presenting case studies, strategies, and applied approaches in business, marketing, and personal brand development. Key topics included building systematic sales, achieving financial independence, fostering entrepreneurial thinking and leadership, balancing career and personal life, and addressing metabolic health as a crucial factor in women's quality of life and overall well-being.
Speakers at the forum included marketing expert Karine Abdukarimbekova, international business trainer Yaroslav Ivanova, investment expert Oksana Boyko, HR leader Karina Abdukarimbekova, and Feruza Haydarova – Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor, chief physician of Vitamed Medical Clinic, and chairperson of the Association of Endocrinologists of Uzbekistan. In her speech, Feruza Alimovna highlighted the relevance of metabolic health for Uzbekistan: "Today, we observe a steady increase in the prevalence of metabolic disorders, including type 2 diabetes and obesity, even among women of active age. This directly affects not only health but also quality of life, work capacity, and social activity. Therefore, early risk detection and access to modern therapeutic approaches are particularly important, enabling patients to control their condition and improve long-term outcomes."
The forum was supported by partners including the international biopharmaceutical company GEROPhARM, the international balanced nutrition company Herbalife, the women's integrative preventive medicine clinic "Amana", the cosmetology clinic "Kais", and the Kimmi Lab beauty salon network. GEROPhARM has been operating in Uzbekistan for over 20 years, developing endocrinology and metabolic health areas and implementing educational projects with the medical community. The company's portfolio includes modern drugs for treating diabetes and obesity, such as "Semavik" (semaglutide), used in clinical practice. According to company representatives, participation in such initiatives contributes to creating an environment where health becomes an integral part of personal and professional development.
The Femina forum once again confirmed that the modern woman is a blend of ambition, awareness, and self-care. In such spaces, a new quality of growth is formed, where development becomes a meaningful forward movement with attention to oneself, one's health, and quality of life.
