️ An underground mining farm illegally connected to power grids has been uncovered in Samarkand. ️ According to preliminary calculations by the energy supply organization, the damage amounts to nearly 2.3 billion Uzbek soms, as reported by Uzenergoinspection. ️ The violation was detected... during a joint control event conducted by the Samarkand Department of Uzenergoinspection, internal affairs bodies, and the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan. ️ Based on the inspection data, five mining devices were installed in a house owned by a local resident, directly connected to power grids without proper permits and metering devices. ️ Materials on this case have been forwarded to competent authorities for measures to be taken in accordance with established procedures. ️ It is emphasized that such violations cause significant economic damage and create additional strain on the region's energy system.
