️ In September 2025, a road rage incident occurred in Yakkasaroy district between a BYD driver, I.Yu., and his father, B.U., and a Lacetti Gentra driver, D.S. Following the altercation, a woman, M.S., who was in the Lacetti vehicle, claimed to have suffered a miscarriage. ️ The case was heard... at the Yakkasaroy District Court for criminal matters. The 24-year-old I.Yu. partially admitted guilt, alleging that D.S. blocked his path, forcing him to brake sharply, while his father B.U. reprimanded D.S. ️ The victim, D.S., stated that I.Yu. and B.U. stopped his car, smashed its window, and assaulted him and his wife. M.S. asserted that she lost her fetus due to violence from the BYD drivers, but the accused denied this. ️ Testimonies from witnesses and medical evidence were presented in court. Gynecologist G.K. noted that M.S. showed signs of miscarriage, but this could be linked to other factors, and the diagnosis was provisional. ️ The accused, I.Yu., emphasized that the investigation was one-sided and that D.S. failed to provide complete video footage. He also requested that D.S. be held accountable for allegedly giving false testimony. ️ The victim, M.S., filed a material and moral lawsuit against I.Yu. and B.U., demanding severe punishment. A witness, M.S., reported that D.S. threatened them when they attempted to apologize, claiming he had spent money to ensure their imprisonment.
