Uzbekistan is expected to experience complex weather conditions from April 20 to 26. According to data from Uzhydromet and international forecasting centers, temperatures will rise to +34 degrees Celsius at the beginning of the week, with heat prevailing in Kashkadarya, Surkhandarya, Bukhara, and Navoi regions. However, a sharp drop in temperature is forecast for Wednesday and Thursday, with many areas cooling to +13…+18 degrees, which may negatively impact public health.

Throughout the week, due to moist air currents, intense precipitation, thunderstorms, and hail are anticipated in many parts of the republic, particularly in mountainous and foothill areas. In Samarkand, Kashkadarya, Jizzakh, and Tashkent regions, the risk of mudflows is elevated, with rainfall distributed unevenly. Additionally, strong winds and dust storms are possible in northern areas and the Kyzylkum Desert, potentially leading to respiratory issues.

Weather changes could significantly affect health, as decreasing atmospheric pressure and oxygen deficiency may cause problems for individuals with joint pain and blood pressure disorders. Consultation with doctors and appropriate measures are advised. Mid-week, due to rainfall, carrying umbrellas and wearing waterproof clothing is important.

In terms of cosmic influences, no strong geomagnetic storms are forecast for the start of the week, creating favorable conditions for those sensitive to magnetic activity. However, on April 20-21, strong winds and dust lifting are expected in desert regions, which may lead to air pollution. Following recommendations from the Sanitary-Epidemiological Committee is necessary.

Overall, the weather this week will be unstable, featuring heat, precipitation, and winds. The public is advised to maintain caution and adaptability, as conditions may change rapidly and pose health risks.
