The Uzbekistan boxing team delivered a confident performance at the Asian Championships concluded in the Mongolian capital, Ulaanbaatar. The team added 11 medals of various denominations to its tally, reaffirming the high standard of the national boxing school.

According to the tournament results, Uzbek boxers secured three gold, four silver, and four bronze medals. The champions included Abdulokh Madaminov in the under-65 kg weight category, Fazliddin Erkinboev in the under-80 kg category, and Khalimjon Mamasoliev in the under-90 kg category.

Silver medals were contributed to the team by Javokhir Abdurakhimov, Jasurbek Yuldoshev, as well as women's team representatives Aziza Zokirova and Rukhshona Parpieva. Bronze medalists were Abdurakhmon Mahmudjonov, Nigina Uktamova, Oysha Toirova, and Oltinoy Sotimboeva.

This achievement highlights the development of Uzbek boxing in recent years. Previously, the Uzbekistan boxing team secured first place in the overall team standings for both men and women at the international "Strandja" tournament held in the Bulgarian capital, Sofia.
