Uzbekistan, Tashkent – Podrobno.uz. Following the announcement of an international search for the former head of "Uzmetkombinat" Dilshod Akhmedov, Interpol's database has now included "red notices" for two more entrepreneurs. Law enforcement agencies in Uzbekistan have initiated a search for the founder of Humans, Vladimir Dobrynin, and the Vice President of the World Disability Fund, Ravshan Mukhitdinov.

The search for 52-year-old Vladimir Dobrynin was launched against the backdrop of protracted legal disputes surrounding the assets of the Humans ecosystem. In addition to accusations of organizing gambling and money laundering, the entrepreneur's name appears in a major dispute currently being considered by the Mirabad Court in Tashkent. Investor Maxim Sditanov demands recognition of his 66% stake in the company, claiming to have invested approximately $13 million in the project. During the proceedings, it was revealed that the software created with these funds is allegedly used outside Uzbekistan, while Dobrynin's own assets within the country are virtually non-existent. The Interpol notice was issued after the defendant repeatedly ignored court demands for personal participation in hearings to clarify the financial conditions for launching the business in 2019.

Simultaneously, the name of 37-year-old Ravshan Mukhitdinov was added to the "red notice" list. Currently residing in Turkey, he serves as Vice President for Financial Affairs at the Istanbul-based World Disability Fund (DEV). Despite his public activities abroad, in Uzbekistan, Mukhitdinov is under investigation for a series of serious charges, including the creation of or participation in an organized armed group, as well as intentional destruction of property and hooliganism.

Previously, law enforcement agencies in Uzbekistan initiated a similar international search for 53-year-old Dilshod Akhmedov, the former head of the Uzbek Metallurgical Plant JSC. Akhmedov, who led the enterprise from October 2024 to August 2025, is suspected of embezzlement through misappropriation or waste on a particularly large scale.
