Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. The National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change, in collaboration with the "Young Ecologists" movement, has approved the composition of the Republican Council. The council includes active and proactive youth representatives focused on nature protection and the development of environmental values.
The main tasks of the Council will be to develop ecological culture among youth, engage them in projects for nature conservation, rational resource use, and scientific research. Additionally, the Council will work on caring for nature and human health, improving environmental literacy, forming a personnel reserve in the ecology sector, and supporting traditions of careful environmental stewardship.
Furthermore, Council members will strengthen ties with foreign youth, actively participate in environmental events, and conduct explanatory work in schools and universities.
The Republican Council of the "Young Ecologists" movement aims to form a new generation of active and responsible young people who care about the environment. Its participants will not only take part in conservation activities but also propose practical solutions to current ecological problems.
It is worth noting that the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change is preparing to participate in the Regional Environmental Summit, scheduled for April 22–24 in Astana, the capital of Kazakhstan.
