The President of Uzbekistan has appointed Ayubxon Orifxon o‘g‘li Sultonov as the First Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies. The press service of the Ministry of Digital Technologies reported this.

Ayubxon Sultonov graduated from Cardiff Metropolitan University in Wales, UK. Previously, he worked as a department head in the Ministry of Digital Technologies and in the Department of Financial Technologies, Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence of the Presidential Administration.

In March, it was reported that the first deputy minister for digitalization, Olimjon Umarov, was dismissed from his post.
