️ Under current legislation, a first-time offense for driving without a license or while disqualified carries a fine equivalent to 50 basic calculation units. For repeat offenders, the penalties escalate significantly, with potential criminal liability that could result in up to three years of imprisonment, highlighting the government's stringent approach to curbing traffic violations.

️ The technology is capable of recognizing a driver's identity through a vehicle's windshield at various times of day, powered by deep learning algorithms and integration with state information databases.
