️ In September 2025, it was reported that in Yakkasaroy district, a BYD driver I.Yu. and his father B.U. assaulted a Lacetti Gentra driver D.S. who had cut them off, smashed the car windows, and that a woman M.S. in the car allegedly lost her pregnancy following the incident.
️ The case was... heard in the Yakkasaroy District Court for Criminal Cases, with a verdict delivered. The court proceedings featured conflicting testimonies from various parties.
️ The defendant I.Yu. partially admitted guilt, claiming that D.S. blocked his path, forcing him to brake sharply, and his father reprimanded D.S. D.S. then purportedly intentionally braked sharply multiple times, creating a hazardous situation.
️ According to I.Yu., D.S. insulted his father and drove off, after which he stopped the Lacetti and broke a side window with his foot, but denied causing bodily harm to D.S. and his wife. He also alleged that the investigator conducted the case one-sidedly and provided only selective parts of video footage.
️ The victim M.S. testified that the BYD initially squeezed their car, then I.Yu. and B.U. got out, smashed the windshield, and jointly assaulted her husband. She stated she informed them of her pregnancy, but the violence continued, resulting in a bruised eyebrow.
️ M.S. felt unwell after the incident, sought medical attention, and was told she had lost the pregnancy. In court, she filed material and moral claims against I.Yu. and B.U., demanding severe punishment for them.
️ A witness doctor G.K. testified that M.S. had uterine bleeding, but such conditions can occur for various reasons. He noted that miscarriage typically leaves remnants, but none were found in M.S., and the diagnosis was of a presumptive nature.
️ Other witnesses testified in the proceedings, including an acquaintance M.S. in the BYD who said he went to apologize but D.S. refused to forgive and made threats.
