Uzbekistan is expected to experience unstable spring weather from March 2 to 8. According to data from "Uzhydromet" and international forecasting centers, most regions of the country will see almost daily rainfall throughout the week, primarily as rain in plains areas. Precipitation is forecast across all regions, except in Bukhara and Navoiy provinces on weekends.

Temperature regime: Excluding northern and mountainous areas, nighttime temperatures will range from +1 to +6°C, with daytime temperatures between +10 and +15°C. In southern provinces, daytime temperatures may rise to +18°C. Slightly lower temperatures are expected in Bukhara and Navoiy. In northern and mountainous regions, frosts down to -3°C are possible at night.

Bioclimatic conditions: Cloudy days in densely populated regions may lead to serotonin deficiency. Cold and rainy weather necessitates warmer clothing and umbrellas.

Geomagnetic conditions: Calm geomagnetic storms at the "green" risk level are forecast for the week, considered safe for health.
