️ Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. Saida Mirziyoyeva, Head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, participated in a ceremonial event dedicated to the International Day of Women Judges. During the meeting, she announced the establishment of the country's first-ever Association of Women Judges.

️ Addressing representatives of the judiciary, Mirziyoyeva emphasized the importance of a recently adopted presidential decree aimed at strengthening the protection of women and children from violence. According to her, the document should serve as a serious signal to those who attempt to justify such crimes by citing "traditions," social status, or official position.

️ "The law must work in such a way that criminals have no excuses or 'tunnels' to evade responsibility," she noted. She stressed that to combat violence, the efficiency of the entire legal system—from pre-investigation checks to court rulings—will be enhanced.

️ Mirziyoyeva stated that every case of pressure or coercion should receive an objective legal assessment, eliminating the possibility of crimes being concealed due to fear or silence of victims. At the conclusion of the event, she presented state awards to women judges, acknowledging their principled stance and contribution to strengthening the rule of law.

️ The creation of the Association of Women Judges, she said, will be a significant step in the development of the judicial system and a confirmation of the country's course toward strengthening justice and protecting citizens' rights. Previously, the President of Uzbekistan signed a decree on awarding representatives of the country's judicial system.
