️ Uzbekistan has temporarily restricted the operation of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filling stations due to a drop in air temperatures. The country's Ministry of Energy announced the measure, citing increased strain on the gas supply network.

️ According to the ministry, the restrictions will be in effect from 19:00 on March 4 until 10:00 on March 5. The decision was prompted by the influx of cold and humid air masses, which has led to a spike in natural gas consumption and a drop in pressure within the main gas pipelines.

️ The Ministry of Energy emphasized that under the heightened load, the priority remains ensuring an uninterrupted gas supply to residential buildings and social sector facilities. Consequently, temporary limitations on the operation of methane refueling stations have been imposed for the specified period.

️ Meanwhile, gas deliveries to social institutions and public transport will continue as usual. These steps are aimed at maintaining the stability of the country's energy infrastructure during the cold weather conditions, which have exposed vulnerabilities in the system.
