In Uzbekistan, from April 20 to 25, 2026, a series of large-scale meetings and open dialogues will be held with the participation of representatives from the Presidential Administration, Minister of Culture Ozodbek Nazarbekov, and leaders of key ministries and agencies. The event will serve as a unique platform for direct communication between the authorities and the creative community, aiming to deeply reform the culture and arts sector.
The dialogue program covers almost all segments of modern cultural life. Discussions will be held across 11 main directions, including cinema, academic and pop art, literature, theater, and digital content. Special attention is given to modern media formats: separate sections are dedicated to bloggers, influencers, vloggers, and creators of children's content. Guardians of traditions – artisans, archaeologists, and specialists in intangible cultural heritage, including masters of askiya and humor – will also not be overlooked.
The main feature of the upcoming meetings will be their practical orientation. Organizers emphasize that this is not just a formal event, but a real opportunity for creators and proactive youth to convey their ideas to the country's leadership. All constructive proposals and initiatives will be studied in detail, and the authors of the most relevant and significant projects will be invited to a meeting with the Head of State for their further implementation.
Due to the expected high interest and limited number of seats, participation in the dialogues is possible only by prior registration. Registration is carried out through a special Telegram bot: @mv_ochiqmuloqot_bot. Organizers strongly urge citizens to register in advance, as access to the venues will be closed without it. The detailed schedule of meetings by direction can be found on the official resource of the Ministry of Culture.
