According to the Uzbekistan Hydrometeorological Service (Uzhydromet), precipitation is not expected across most of the country on Saturday and Sunday. However, there is a risk of mudflows and floods in foothill and mountainous areas, which could pose a serious threat to local communities and infrastructure.
On Friday daytime, brief rains are possible in the Tashkent region and Fergana Valley, while other areas will remain dry. Air temperatures are forecast to range between +13+18°C. Over the weekend, short-term rains, occasionally with thunderstorms, are possible in some districts of the Tashkent, Samarkand, Jizzakh, and Syrdarya regions.
On Sunday, wind speeds may increase to 15–20 m/s in the northwestern parts of the republic, with dust storms possible. Air temperatures will gradually rise, reaching +20+25°C on Sunday daytime, and up to +26+28°C in the south. In Tashkent, temperatures are expected to be +19+21°C on Saturday and +21+23°C on Sunday.
